Description

This beautiful 7 acre parcel sits right on Pasamaquoddy Bay will endless views of the ocean and Canada. VERY easy beach access. .. launching a kayak is a breeze. Lot has just about 200 feet of water frontage, Lots of beautiful trees and even a couple with apples. I think you'll fall in love with the land and the views. There are two areas to park a camper or RV or set up a tent or multiple tents. This is on a small island in Northern Maine with lots of privacy.

The setting

This land is 7 acres directly on the waterfront of Pasamaquoddy Bay. You have beautiful views of the Bay and Canada beyond. The lot itself is very private with a private beach area great for beach combing, relaxing, launching a kayak or having a fire. The little city of Eastport is just down the road and has lots of galleries, restaurants, fishing, coffee shop, and little shops. You can take a tour of the bay with the local boat tour company or stay all you want on this private lot and likely not see another person. There is no water, sewer or electricity so best to have a camper of some sort. Please take with you whatever you bring and leave it pristine for the next person.

The spots

There is plenty of room to set up a tent, or more and two spots for campers. The ground is pretty flat (driveway is a dirt driveway) and it's easy to get to. There is plenty of shady spots. Even large motor homes can get in and out.

The sanitary facilities

No sanitary facilities, please bring your own.

The amenities

This is a completely rustic spot. Just you and the outdoors.

The activities

Plenty of places for walking, hiking, fishing, relaxing, hunting (in season but not on the property), bike riding (lots of scenic pathways), boating, and kayaking. If you love the outdoors, this is your dream spot.

Other things

Rules

No smoking please and make sure to take away any trash that you bring in. The tides of Eastport are spectacular but best to keep a good eye on small children as you would in any water front property.
