Description

I pick and host almonds and sheep on my olive farm in a small campsite and 2 guest rooms.
Services: electricity, fridges, pitch to be paid on site, as they vary according to the family.

ATTENTION: the 2.08 m MAX wide bridge limits access for large vehicles.

The setting

Under olive trees in the countryside, among sheep, kites and crows
but 5km from the beach and shops.

The spots

There are 2 possibilities: either at the top, with a view of the mountains, or at the bottom, by a stream, under olive trees.
There is a space for groups with electricity at 2€/family/day. Not all pitches have electricity.
Supplements must be paid on site on arrival.

The sanitary facilities

Sanitary block available, hot solar shower, cold outside, sink, 2 toilets, dishes and laundry block outside. If there's a crowd, I open another bathroom upstairs, at the foot of my house. Extra washing-up area upstairs too.

Possibility of using the collective fridge-freezer for 1€/family/day.

The amenities

I leave an electric kettle available. There is a collective fridge-freezer room +1€/night.
Laptops can be plugged in easily in the sanitary block, in the fridge room.
Not all pitches have electricity +2€/night
Please specify
I have a livebox for Internet.
There's a compost garbage can in the sanitary block.
Otherwise, there are garbage cans at Reginu 2 kilometers away or at the TRI at Lozari plage.

The activities

On site, there's the river + tour of the farm + free product tasting with full explanations of the work + trampoline in the courtyard + nearby golf course + hiking, beach, etc...

Other things

I also have 2 guest rooms from 55€ to 80€/n depending on the period.
If you find the gate closed, it's because there are sheep there. Open it and close it again, then go straight on to the reception desk, open from 5pm to 8pm.
Tasting of farm products, olive oil, almonds etc...

Rules

Please respect the 5pm to 8pm opening hours for your arrival, orders, etc...

No fires except in the appropriate place, barbecue in the courtyard.

I no longer make breakfast

  • Thank you for your stay at the farm.
The site is calm, the sheep the olive trees the river the sound of nature .....
A real change of scenery for a city boy.

  • it was my 1st Home Camper experience....: conclusive! Rose was very accommodating for our arrival, no worries at all.
Natural setting, with sheep, medium-sized duke, birds, kites, etc. ...
don't miss eating at the Auberge Tesa next door: great welcome and succulent meal

  • A perfect place to explore the Balagne region on foot or by bike ... just like us! We were alone on the campsite, so royal!
hot solar showers, much appreciated ...
Peaceful nature, with the sound of various birds and the little owl in the evening.
Rose gave us a taste of her oil and almonds, produced on the site: delicious, and she was happy to talk about her job... interesting!
    We'll recommend it!

  • Very friendly welcome in a natural setting surrounded by sheep

  • Super terrain! You can pitch your tent under olive trees or next to a stream in a truly buccolic setting.
    We recommend

  • A warm welcome from Rose, an atypical and very kind person, in the peace and quiet of olive groves in the heart of nature.
A cat came to visit our bivouac, and curious wild boars came to see us at night.
    I highly recommend this place
    And extra olive oil

  • Thank you for your hospitality, we are very happy with this experience!

  • A real pleasure to sleep among the olive trees. The sanitary facilities are clean!

  • We stayed at Rose's for 5 nights with young children. In the heart of a well-situated farm. It was quiet as there were few other campers when we were there. Rose is very accommodating and we have no complaints about the housekeeping. There's everything you need to be self-sufficient.

  • Beautiful 2-night experience under olive and almond trees very close to Ile Rousse. Easy to get to, even at night. Location near the stream was perfect for us, with picnic table. Participation in the almond harvest was memorable for us. You can see all the different jobs on the farm. Authentic as we imagined it would be.

  • A magnificent place, shady grounds among the olive trees, the ewes are free, it's great!
Accessible water points, atypical but convenient sanitary facilities, children's playroom in the sheepfold, and trampoline in the common area, much appreciated by our son.
A lovely, welcoming and accommodating hostess.
We spent 2 very good nights.
Thank you for your warm welcome!

  • Hello
Very pleasant place, small supplement to pay on arrival of 5€ per day not included in the service to be paid on the site!
    I recommend for nature lovers

  • Great experience!
Rose is a very friendly and genuine person with whom I enjoyed chatting in the morning over a cup of coffee surrounded by hens and
    sheep
    The setting is relaxing.
Surrounded by olive trees and animals, yet only a stone's throw from the sea.
    Top thanks to Rose

  • Very quiet and pleasant place!

  • Great welcome, peace and quiet and a magnificent landscape for a beautiful end of day and sunrise!
    Well equipped
    Thanks again

  • Very friendly host, very pleasant location in the olive grove.
Roselyne explained to me how olive oil is made, how it's harvested and so on.
We arrived late because of the ferry, but there were still a few people waiting to welcome us.
    Thank you

  • Hot shower! Magnificent view, close to Ile Rousse. Quiet and friendly.

  • Overall disappointing...
Rose had forgotten our reservation and gave us only a few confusing directions to find the location.
Once we found it, there was no trace of Rose and we had to wait in front of the gate despite having given several hours' notice of our arrival.
We were also given very confusing explanations about the pitch and prices: we had to pay a €26 supplement that was not indicated on Home Camper and we didn't understand what it really meant.
It's a shame, though, that communication with Rose was so complicated (we were promised a time to use the gas stove, only to be told off the next day, even though we'd come at the agreed time: "you're annoying me").
When it was time to leave, there was still no sign of Rose. Still not answering the phone.
We wouldn't recommend it to our future camping friends...

  • A great experience
A great host, a superb setting, lots of sheep!

  • An autentic and very friendly evening. Rose has her heart in the right place, and it's always a pleasure to stop off here. The outdoor shower in the bamboo is a real treat. I recommend ???? The rating for cleanliness depends on the previous rating, but don't expect us to give you 3 stars either. Otherwise, choose something else ????????????

  • Short one-night stay, if we didn't have our road trip to continue we would have stayed a few days longer. Warm welcome, wonderful setting, Rose talks about her job with passion. Olive oil and almonds adopted.

  • A beautiful spot with plenty of space to pitch your tent in the shade of the olive trees. A warm welcome
clean sanitary facilities, Rose's olive oil is delicious and we also appreciated the
We also appreciated the provision of a fridge for €1 a day.
We really recommend this gîte to people who love wide open spaces, nature, animals and peace and quiet.
    animals and peace and quiet.

  • We had a great time at this lovely place. Thanks for everything!

  • We enjoyed our stay at Rose's house, surrounded by olive trees and in the company of sheep, hen and dog. Rose is very nice. We left with a bottle of oil and a kilo of almonds. We'll be thinking of you as we taste them, Rose. Many thanks, Rose.

  • Very pleasant stay in beautiful surroundings. Very welcoming host.
    Highly recommend.

  • I recommend it!
Perfect for children who loved the chickens, sheep and dogs ☺️
Great welcome from Rose, who let us taste the olive oil and almonds she produces.

  • Host really at the top
    Products of the farm nickel
    I recommend

  • Great spot, and Rose is very nice. I recommend 100%.

  • Quiet camping in the nature with a lot of space. Simple and nice.

  • Very short stay at Roselyne's place but pleasant, especially out of season as it is very quiet.

  • Nice and quiet location.

  • Natural and peaceful camping away from the city and in the middle of olive trees and animals
    Rose is a welcoming host

  • Very nice setting in the middle of olive trees and on the river bank. Rose is nice, available and will gladly share her experience of the country. Thanks to her !

  • Very good reception and Rose's farm is beautiful.
    Unusual place
    We hope to come back
    Rose's almonds are excellent
    We recommend this zdresse

  • Nice welcome, on the farm with the sheep in the middle of the olive trees. Correct ground with all the utilities. Strong point: a space for the children (trampoline, baby-foot, books...)

  • Unique experience to live ! in the heart of the mountain, close to Ile Rousse,
Olive and almond trees as far as the eye can see
    Good equipment

  • 1 night spent at Rose's place, what serenity.
Thank you for the welcome and the environment.

  • To our surprise we arrived at a farm campground. We had thought that with Home camper the tariffs did not require a supplement. But there we had to give a supplement according to the site: 3€.

  • Too bad very nice site with lots of space but a shower for at least fifty campers really need to invest for the rate in proper sanitation.

  • Disappointing ... We could not enjoy our stay at Roselyne's because we broke down and 10 days later the van is still at the garage in Corsica while we are back in France. We informed Roselyne of the breakdown around 5pm, but the rental was invoiced and Home Camper told us that reimbursement was not possible. Not understanding and especially not commercial.

  • To consume without moderation. Great spaces and a great welcome with Rose. Thank you and good season

  • beautiful olive tree park where we pitched our tent. Rose is very welcoming. The sanitary facilities are very well kept.

  • Thank you for everything Rose, the farm is beautiful, the sites also with everything you need. See you soon

  • Pleasantly welcomed!
Rose found us a small shady spot near the river in a quiet and cool place.
Great experience in this large field provided with olive and almond trees in the company of briquettes.
    Thank you for the welcome.

  • Nice space in the nature surrounded by olive trees and a small river

  • Very good reception, possibility to choose your place, well shaded and close to the river
Very pleasant to see the sheep passing by
Sanitary facilities all close and very clean

    A very good night

  • A very atypical place which brings back to the essentials.
Camping on a farm in the middle of animals and olive trees. Minimalist facilities but the necessities are there.
Thanks to Rose for her welcome and her authenticity

  • What to say about this night spent at Rose's house...

First of all, we started by calling her because we were not sure we were in the right place. This did not help Rose who simply hung up on us 3 times and literally talked down to us and took us for two idiots. After repeating with an unpleasant air several times "I mustn't get angry", and having slowed down because it was hot and we were making her move, Rose finally deigned to show us where to put our van, then left by telling us to come and see her later to pay a surplus (out of a hat).
So we had no idea where the bathrooms were or had any presentation of the place.
    Then practical questions:
    - the bridge to get to her house is really very small
    - the toilets are not clean
    - the mosquitoes were there

Rose has a great farm, the place is beautiful under the olive trees, however she does this only for the money. And the price asked is much too high compared to the proposed services.

In short, we really did not feel comfortable with her.
According to us it is really a place to avoid.

  • Well received by Roselyne.
Minimum necessary for the sanitary, hot shower.

  • We are delighted with the two nights we spent at Rose's house. Beautiful setting and tranquility! To be recommended
