Description

Large and well-maintained land of 3 000 m², there is a pond with stones and in the background an old laundry of 1 500m²!

The setting

You can swim, fish, take a boat ride in a soothing place with the sound of birds and frogs. The view is totally unobstructed over the vegetation and the old laundry.

The spots

The locations are not defined. To see together, if you prefer a shaded corner or rather to be at the edge of the pond.
The land is flat and easy to access. No size restrictions.

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities are dry toilets at your disposal.

The amenities

The rate is exclusive of services.
We can provide electricity (external plug, water and shower at the inhabitant's house for an extra charge).

The activities

You are 20 minutes from the PUY DU FOU PARK, 35 minutes from Nantes and its machines of the island, 45 minutes from Angers and its castle, from the Terra Botanica Park. You have in a radius of less than 1 hour several castles like Tiffauges, Brissac, Saumur, Monsoreau. For the lovers of oenology, you are also on the edge of the roads of the wine of Anjou. 45mn from the Marais Poitevin Regional Nature Park and 1h from the Atlantic Ocean (Les Sables d'Olonne).

    beau cadre belles discussions avec se couple charmant
    le lieu de la blanchisserie vaut le détour et puis présence de deux tondeuses écologique -moutons- ainsi que de deux beaux spécimens de ragondins qui accompagnent les moutons !
    je repasserais surement lors d'une prochaine excursion !
    Manque juste une alimentation électrique avec un supplément naturellement
