Description

Patricia GAMPING / HOMECAMPER
HALFWAY BETWEEN WILDERNESS CAMPING AND ORGANIZED TERRAIN
Ideal for observing the sky, the flora and fauna, the simplicity of the surroundings

GAMPING / HOMECAMPER,
Simple camping in your host's garden
Sharing beautiful moments,
Discover a region differently,
Meeting new people, sharing experiences
Rediscover this beautiful simplicity, these beautiful, sincere, simple moments.....
We do our utmost to make you feel at home!
ATTENTION: We are still private individuals who like to share this place with you, not a CAMPSITE!

2024,
We'll welcome you from Easter END OF MARCH
Easter: every year, we organize an egg hunt for the enjoyment of young and old alike.
An old farm nestled in a green setting, an eco-location between meadows and forests, decorated with all kinds of shrubs, trees, herbs, flowers, with the sound of cowbells and various birds, made with second-hand objects, imagination, sharing, simplicity for everyone's pleasure.

A quiet spot close to Poligny
(Comté cheese)
and Arbois (vineyards, waterfalls)
If you like hiking, peace and quiet, nature, waterfalls and forests, this is the place for you!

The setting

9000 m2 (almost 1 hectare) in the countryside in a quiet hamlet,
a wide variety of birds love to nest in the trees and hedges on the property.

The vegetable garden: :
Old-fashioned method using any kind of input such as wood, grass clippings, waste, leaves, etc., laid out in different layers (lasagne) to create humus enriched with different organisms. No chemical treatments.
Only natural plant contributions that I make myself.
Good, natural, healthy vegetables, fruit and flowers with a taste of yesteryear!
I'd be delighted to show you how to reclaim a little corner of your garden and how to garden naturally without the hassle.
I'll be delighted to show you the results...
Thinking about transformation this autumn.
Bringing more shade to the vegetable garden.
A major transformation with the planting of trees and reconstruction of the vegetable garden using recycled materials such as interlocking paving stones.

The spots

Flat land :
sun, half-shade, shade.
Fairly large pitches, giving everyone their own space and independence.
- Tents: small forest, vegetable garden
- Campers, caravans, vans: the large meadow and the stabilized area.

A full-length plot, with a tent and van area and a caravan and camper area,
4.60m entrance: stabilized, very accessible for all, small or very large vehicles, leading directly onto the plot.
When you arrive :
Gate: not yet automated
Open, retract, close behind you
Drive directly onto our property and come up to the house.
I'll welcome you and show you our place and your location.
I'll explain the concept of gamping: "camping in your own backyard".

Small, easy-to-reach natural spots, just about anywhere you want to stroll, relax and enjoy the sounds of birds and plants...

  • A great time sharing with Patricia and her host.
I won't hesitate to stop again next time I'm in the Jura.
Thank you for a lovely evening

  • Horrible. Avoid it!

We had to cut short our stay for personal reasons.
From then on, communication with Patricia became very complicated.

    [...]

  • Patricia is an absolutely incredible host! I've rarely seen such hospitality. She's very welcoming, passionate, and takes to heart to make your stay the best it can be (homemade and local breakfasts).
I was supposed to stay 1 night, but ended up spending 4.
So THANK YOU Patricia and see you soon I hope!

  • We had a great time with Patricia. Very welcoming, she showed us around her world, Patricia was very attentive to our needs. The evening aperitifs organized between the different campers created a good atmosphere and enabled us to get to know each other a little better than in a normal campsite where everyone stays in their own corner. We even extended our stay by 2 days. And we hope to come back on another trip! Thank you Patricia for creating this beautiful place!

  • We stayed with Patricia for 1 night on our journey to southern France. The site was very easy to find and with easy access off of the road. We were met by Patricia and shown to our pitch. We were given a quick explanation of where toilets, showers and the electric points were and then left to setup.
The electric points are newly installed and have an additional cost if you require power. Fully understand this reasoning and fully support this extra nominal fee.
Toilets can be found in a wooden hut and are composting and much to our surprise, very clean. Showers are also in wooden huts and again were very clean, with lots of hot water.
We were invited by Patricia to join all the other camper on the site to an early evening aperitif , where upon Patricia produced over 30 bottles of home made drinks for us all to try. This was at no extra expense to us, but for a way for fellow campers to meet up. A really enjoyable evening was had by all.
To sum up, the site is level, has all the facilities that you might require, just a little basic. The host goes out of her way to ensure that your stay with her is enjoyable. We will most definitely be back next year.

  • We had an excellent evening, over a home-cooked meal made with top-quality local produce: a real treat!
Patricia took great care of us. She also offered us a great moment of conviviality with our camping neighbors.
Thanks again Patricia, we wish you all the best for the future!
    Sandrine.

  • My two boys and I stayed overnight with Patricia. We were delighted by her warm welcome and kindness. The setting is super nice: shady, or more sunny... something for everyone. Games available. Games, boules, hammocks...a little haven of happiness.
After an aperitif offered by Patricia, we spent a convivial evening with the other home campers at Patricia's table. Sharing our visits, our walks in the Jura
The place has dry toilets and a solar-powered shower: what a pleasure to be able to enjoy a good shower.
A place and hosts I'd recommend for a wonderful sharing experience.

  • Excellent stay with Patricia!
    I recommend without hesitation!

  • Very friendly, straightforward welcome, a variety of fully-equipped pitches (in the woods, in the sun). Patricia offers lots of good "home-made" products.
    Highly recommended!

  • We had a great time, our hosts are very pleasant and especially very very helpful. We missed nothing because they have everything at their disposal. We were offered a tasting of Patricia's home-made products. We have very fond memories ☺️ of this moment of sharing.
Too bad we didn't get to enjoy the river.
    To be repeated.

  • BONJOUR MERCI POUR SES AGREABLES JOURNEE .MOMENT TRES SIMPATIQUE CONTINUE ,ON VA REVENIR BIENTOT . Muriel et Philippe

  • Rudimentary sanitary facilities compared to the app rate.

  • Very nice meeting between two hosts :-)
A big THANK YOU Patricia for your welcome, your availability and your kindness. The place is beautiful and the evenings are very convivial. I recommend you without hesitation.
    Bonne continuation à toi.
    Valérie

  • Patricia is a person who does things from the heart.

Very kind, helpful and attentive to the well-being of her gampers, she loves the sense of sharing and conviviality.

She gave me very good advice on the best things to do in this beautiful region.

Coming to her place is a guaranteed learning experience.

I enjoyed my time in this beautiful place.

I would definitely recommend spending a few nights at the gamping site.

  • Patricia is a very nice hostess, we felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back.

  • Once again I would like to thank Patricia for her welcome, her kindness and her generosity...
We spent two nights and 3 very pleasant days
in her little corner of paradise...
I wish her all the best

  • Welcome and conviviality are the watchwords at Patricia's!
We spent 12 days with our family in a caravan and tried out the Gamping, which was very well located and enabled us to do a lot of sightseeing within a 30km radius. A great vacation! Thanks for everything! I recommend this campsite!

  • Very nice meeting Patricia has a sense of conviviality and knows how to put people at ease. We recommend this place because we were seduced by the simplicity and good humor of the people present at the time.
    A simple word
    Thank you
    Alexandra

  • I'm not in the habit of leaving negative comments, but since it's been 4 times that you've asked me to tell you what I think.
    - the infrastructures were not ready
    - chainsaw work on Sunday
    - site flooded, had to be moved after a storm
    - loose dogs and uncollected droppings
    - cost of electricity in addition to the reservation etc.
In short, it was my worst stay ever.

  • Super place, great atmosphere, very warm welcome!
My water dog had soooo much fun romping in the creek that is right by the site. Will definitely come back to see more of the Jura. Plenty of places to park, walk or bike there. Toilet a sec was also clean????????

  • Thank you for your hospitality! Good location, perfect for family camping.

  • Nice meeting with Patricia. Flat and well maintained land to pitch my tent. Warm welcome. Quick response.

  • Great place, very quiet and very nice hosts.

Thank you for hosting me, I hope to return and stay longer!

  • Patricia is very welcoming. The house is being renovated, the outside sanitary facilities are not practicable, and the dogs are running loose, which tarnished our stay. A pity!

  • We stopped at Patricia's house for a stop on our way. Her companion was very welcoming. There were real efforts made to provide amenities and sharing areas on the grounds. This is very appreciated by the campers. Thank you for the discovery and the shared evening. See you soon

  • Hello Patricia,
Yes, no worries, your companion made the presentation very well...
I would have stayed if the weather had been better.
    See you next time maybe
    Good recovery, Fabienne

  • Thanks for the welcome! We didn't have time to enjoy it but the gamping is great, the place, the facilities. Thank you again for your hospitality!

  • Very good first experience! We had a very good stay, calm and relaxing. Thank you for the welcome

  • Patricia and her family gave us a very warm welcome. They are very kind and helpful, they spread the good mood in the campsite!
Many thanks to Patricia who carefully prepared our program of visits each morning, thanks to her, we discovered some of the pearls of the Jura.
We hope to come back next spring to discover other wonders!
See you soon and thank you for everything.

  • Very nice meeting, Patricia gave us great ideas for outings.
The site has a lot of charm and is well laid out, we will come back!
Thank you for the welcome, for the smile and the sharing

  • Hello Patricia
Thank you for your wonderful welcome, I had a wonderful stay in a very nice atmosphere. Nice end of summer to you
    Nathalie

  • Pleasant stay at Patricia's who is welcoming! We spent two beautiful evenings during an aperitif, and to discover her pizzas. Personally I recommend the 4 cheeses! This small place is very well arranged to receive families. The toilets and showers are clean and easy to access from the camp. A small place to meet and eat is available when there are not many teams! I strongly recommend this place! Thanks again for the stay Patricia and see you soon I hope!

  • Nice stopover at Patricia's, personalized welcome, nice place among the other campers, atmosphere of sharing and exchange. Attentive welcome and respectful of the intimacy of each one. To remember and to spread.

  • A very big thank you to Richard Patricia Jean mi his wife and all the friends for this very appreciable friendly sharing. You are very well received. Go there with your eyes closed. Benevolence and nature are the key words of this campsite. Remember to reserve the pizzas made with natural ingredients and with love. I will come back to taste the francontoise with Morteau sausages because mine tastes like 4 cheeses. Mdr...???????????? wink to Richard. Stay as you are ???? Stef and Pierre in 4x4.

  • Very good experience here! Patricia and Richard know how to create a warm atmosphere in their little corner of paradise. We are delighted and will be back with pleasure. Thank you!

  • a wonderful welcome, a peace of mind in this haven of peace, thank you for the birthday dinner prepared for my daughter, the black forest was delicious, a pizza evening with the hosts and campers allowed us to get to know each other, I recommend this place to discover the Jura.

  • Patricia and her family <3
A beautiful human experience so short but intense ;) A warm welcome, memorable moments of sharing and memories full of head.
Come and discover without hesitation her little corner of paradise! We will come back with pleasure! This stay left a taste of unfinished business ;)
    Quickly the next vacations ;)
We kiss you all goodbye !

  • Very nice moments shared in this quiet, warm and welcoming place. Thanks to Patricia, Aurelien and other hosts for their smiles and services.

  • Very nice place, warm reception and very helpful woman.
We had a place for the tent under the trees, which was very nice with the summer heat. They helped us with a long extension cord for the electricity and gave us some hiking suggestions. The area lends itself perfectly to this. We highly recommend this campground.

  • Nice little stop at Patricia's for a night.
    Quiet garden.

  • My 1st night of gamping, and everything was perfect. A warm welcome from Patricia, a quiet night in the big field, with everything you need (solar shower, dry toilets,..) and finally the great breakfast with Richard, who was adorable. I started my vacations in a great mood after that !
Thanks to both of you !

  • No sooner had my 10 year old son and I arrived than we were invited to have an aperitif, to attend an impromptu concert by one of the gampers and then to try to challenge the petanque champions!
Our first day announced the color for the 5 days to come at Patricia's, she knew how to put us at ease and integrate us into a group already formed. As for Richard, he was always ready to help us and was very attentive to our needs!
It was a friendly and family gamping, no reason to break the ice between gampers, it was already! The meetings were warm and friendly.
In short, we had a great time on site and discovered beautiful sites thanks to Patricia's advice, I can only warmly recommend you to stop at Patricia's place!
PS: Her appetizers and her lentil-sausage dish are excellent!

  • A great stay with Patricia and her family, very welcoming and accommodating people. Barbecue and charcoal available, electric hook-up, showers and dry toilets at your disposal. I recommend it.

  • Thank you also to both of you for your welcome and for the atmosphere we found in your home...
The stay was perfect. We went armed with our Jumper to discover your region. It impressed us by its beauty and originality...
    See you soon,
    Claude and Brigitte

  • We spent our first night of vacation at Patricia's.
A very nice and quiet place to rest.
A very good table we ate very well.
Very pleasant evening with a small private concert ????. Communication between the campers discussions and exchange.
We will not hesitate to come back if we are in the area.
    Thanks to you and bravo

  • Hello,
thank you also for this beautiful meeting, we will not fail to return if we are in the area and will give the coordinates to other friends if they are by your place
    with pleasure
    christophe and marie laurence

  • A nice weekend at Patricia's. Quiet and in the middle of nature.
Thank you for everything and we hope to see you soon!

  • A rare melting pot where newcomers are put in the center and leave as Friends. It is very precious. Thank you for all these incredible encounters and thank you Patricia for this beautiful energy that you spread amply and generously on your plot. For sure we will come back.

  • Thank you so much for the perfect welcome.

  • We came back to Patricia's with great pleasure! So many evolutions in one year and still a lot of projects to come... See you soon, for sure !
